Document required:
� Copy of birth certificate (both partners)
� Copy of passport (both partners)
� 4 pieces of photograph size 4 x 6 (the groom in the
8 right side)
� Copy of decree absolute if you have been marriage
8 before
� Copy of passport of two witnesses (we can be your
8 witnesses)
� Copy certificate of marriage from ministry of religion
� Widower must present a copy of death certificate of
8 the former spouse.
� Letter of No Impediment to marriage which is legalized
8 by representative embassy or consulate in Bali/
8 Indonesia, certifying that the couple has no objection
8 to getting married in Indonesia
